Call for Paper

2019 International Workshop on Emerging ICT is an annual conference and aims at a good mutual understanding of educational and research activities of the three universities (Tohoku U, Yeungnam U and DLUT). Undergraduate students and graduate students gather to present their university lives and research topics in the area of electronics and communications. The first conference was held at Yeungnam University in Nov. 2004. This year's conference will be held at Tohoku University, Sendai, during 31 Oct. to 2 Nov. 2019.
